İlayda Öner Mermerbaş

Turner International Türkiye’de Genel Müdür Yardımcısı olarak görev yapmaktadır. Avrupa ve Orta Asya bölgelerindeki iş geliştirme faaliyetlerini yönetmektedir. Dijitalleşme, sürdürülebilirlik, çeşitlilik, eşitlilik ve kapsayıcılık gibi şirketin Türkiye’deki büyümesini destekleyen girişimlere öncülük ederken İnsan Kaynakları, Pazarlama, İdari İşler, Finans ve Muhasebe departmanlarına liderlik etmektedir. İlayda Öner Mermerbaş, Boğaziçi Üniversitesi İnşaat Mühendisliği Lisans derecesine ve Columbia Üniversitesi’nden İnşaat Yönetimi Yüksek Lisans derecesine sahip olmasının yanında sektörde 10 yılı aşkın deneyime sahiptir. İstanbul Proje Yönetim Derneği (İPYD) Başkanı ve BuildingSMART Türkiye ve BIM4Tükiye Yönetim Kurulu Üyesidir. Ayrıca, 2017 yılından bu yana Dikey Şehircilik Konseyi (CVU, eski adıyla Yüksek Binalar ve Kentsel Habitat Konseyi-CTBUH) Türkiye Bölge Temsilcisi ve Danışma Kurulu Üyesi olarak görev yapmaktadır. İlayda Öner Mermerbaş serves as the Deputy General Manager at Turner International Türkiye. She manages business development activities in the Europe and Central Asia regions. She leads the Human Resources, Marketing, Administrative Affairs, Finance, and Accounting departments while leading the company's personal empowerment initiatives in Turkey, focusing on digitalization, sustainability, diversity, equality, and inclusion. İlayda Öner Mermerbaş holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University and a Master's degree in Construction Management from Columbia University, backed by over 10 years of experience. She is the President of the Istanbul Project Management Association (İPYD) and a Board Member of BuildingSMART Turkey and BIM4Turkey. Furthermore, since 2017, she has served as the Turkey Regional Representative and Advisory Board Member of the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CVU, formerly the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat - CTBUH).
