Janne Paananen is working in a global role as a Data Center Systems Architect for the Data Centre segment in Eaton. Janne has been specializing in large UPS solutions for data centres and other applications. He has 25 years of experience with large three phase UPS products and has been working in after- and pre-sales and business development organizations providing tailored UPS solutions, support and in-depth product trainings for Eaton’s personnel and customers world-wide. In his current role, Janne is supporting Eaton’s business leaders, marketing and engineering organizations and global customers around existing and emerging technologies and market trends. Various thought leadership activities have been part of Janne’s job and he is a guest lecturer for educational institutes and is participating in the international standardization work around data centers and low-voltage electrical installations.
