Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi’nden sonra 1987 yılında Boğaziçi Üniversitesi İnşaat Mühendisliği bölümünden mezun olmuş ve aynı bölümde “İnşaat Yönetimi” üzerine yüksek lisansını tamamlamıştır. Marmara Üniversitesi “Contemporary Management” sertifika programını 1989 yılında bitirmiştir. 2003 yılından buyana, ENTEGRE PROJE YÖNETİM A.Ş.’nin (www.epy.com.tr) Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığı görevini yürütmektedir. Bu süreçte EPY, bir çok önemli projede  Yatırımcı ve Geliştiricilere başarılı hizmetler vermiştir. 1996 yılında kurulan İstanbul Proje Yönetim derneğinin kurucu üyesi olup, çeşitli görevlerde bulunduktan sonra 2001-2002 döneminde İstanbul Proje Yönetim Derneği’nin başkanı olarak görev yapmıştır. Kemal Okumuş; TMMMOB, GYODER, RICS, IMO, BUMED ve KALID derneklerinin üyesidir. TOBB ve BU Danışma Kurulunda görev yapmaktadır.   After graduating from Kadıköy Anatolian High School, he graduated from Boğaziçi University's Civil Engineering department in 1987 and completed his master's degree in "Construction Management" in the same department. He completed the Marmara University "Contemporary Management" certificate program in 1989. Since 2003, he has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ENTEGRE PROJE YÖNETİM A.Ş. (www.epy.com.tr). During this period, EPY has provided successful services to Investors and Developers in many important projects. He is a founding member of the Istanbul Project Management Association, established in 1996, and after holding various positions, served as the president of the Istanbul Project Management Association in 2001-2002.
