He has extensive experience in establishing project management and control procedures, independently developing schedules using Primavera P6 and Powerproject, and acting as the single point of contact as a client representative for commercial fit-out works. He is recognised for his strong technical knowledge of MEP, civil works and Cx for developing project controls specifications and procedures, optimising schedule scenarios, and preparing/responding to extension-of-time claims in line with contractual requirements.
