His recent work has focused on AI and hyperscale data center investment, market entry and large-scale platform development. Across projects in MENA and Europe, he has worked on power availability, site selection, land and infrastructure assessment, investment feasibility, development strategy and strategic partnerships, engaging with investors, developers, telecom operators, utilities and other industry stakeholders to progress data center opportunities.
